END OF THE YEAR PROCEDURES

The following items REMAIN in the classroom:

• Telephone and attached cords (place in an unlocked cabinet)

• Document Cameras (placed in the same cabinet as the phone)

• Flat Panel and attached cords (wrap cords behind flat panel and unplug from power source)

• Docking station (leave all cords plugged in and secure to the Velcro on the back of the flat panel. If no Velcro, place behind panel in a secure location)

• Chromebox (power off and leave as is attached to the back of the flat panel)

• Student Devices and Carts (lock all devices inside the assigned cart, unplug power cord from the wall and wrap it around the pegs on the cart base)

Reminder!!! Do not unplug cords from the Flat Panel. 

Cords include: USB Touch, HDMI, Ethernet, Power Cord, and any additional cords already attached to the flat panel.
