** NOTE: The membership year is August through July – applications are accepted starting August 1st. Members that join later in the year will not be able to prorate the membership fee. Please have one member per institution complete the application.**

2026-27 OADEP Institutional Membership Application (Pay by Credit Card)
You may add an unlimited number of individuals from your district/institution.
Higher education institutions: include branch/regional campus colleagues.
K–12 districts: consider adding administrators, superintendents, counselors, and middle school personnel who benefit from CCP updates and support.
Individual membership eligibility includes individuals employed by a government agency (including ESCs) or nonprofit entity that is NOT employed by a college, university, or K-12 school district.
