Awards & Scholarship

The Ohio Association of Dual Enrollment Partnerships (OADEP) seeks to honor an individual who demonstrates outstanding dedication and excellence in the College Credit Plus (CCP) program. We recognize that many professionals make significant contributions, and we want to celebrate those who go above and beyond. The award is named after Dr. Larisa Harper, a former state director of College Credit Plus. 

Award Criteria:

• Exceptional Commitment and Integrity: The nominee should stand out for their unwavering dedication and high moral character.

• Commitment to Excellence: They consistently strive for the highest standards in their work.

• Removing Barriers to CCP Participation: They actively work to eliminate obstacles that prevent students from accessing CCP opportunities within their school or institution.

• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: They engage with colleagues and stakeholders to find solutions and foster collaboration, creating a more unified approach to CCP.

This award is intended to recognize those who not only excel in their roles but also uplift the entire CCP community. To nominate someone for this award, please complete this form and submit it by October 9, 2026.

We announce the recipient at the OADEP Annual Conference, held each November. They receive a free registration for the following year's conference as part of their award.

OADEP is pleased to provide a scholarship for middle and high school instructors who either plan to apply to graduate school or are currently enrolled in a graduate program, earning graduate credit in subject areas for college courses they plan to teach in the College Credit Plus program.

The scholarship is intended to cover graduate school tuition and will help reduce the cost of a graduate course in the applicant’s academic discipline.

We encourage any interested middle or high school instructors to apply for the scholarship. The applicant must currently be employed as a teacher, and the school district must be an OADEP member for the application to be considered. This is one of the many benefits of being an OADEP member.

The application must be submitted to OADEP at this link by Monday, March 10, for full consideration.
