Please note the general guidelines for the 3-MRT PRESENTATION as follows:
Focus: Stick to the essentials: the problem, why it matters, your approach, and key findings or implications.
Storytelling: Craft a narrative that makes your research interesting and accessible. Avoid technical jargon and focus on the bigger picture.
Visuals: You may be allowed one static slide. Make it visually striking and ensure it supports your message without being distracting.
Practice: Timing is critical. Rehearse multiple times to refine your delivery within the 3-minute limit. Strick time limits will apply.
Delivery: Be energetic, confident, and clear. Use body language and voice modulation to keep the audience engaged.
Hook: Start with a hook—an interesting fact, question, or statement—to grab attention immediately.

The Authors are responsible for bringing an already printed poster (according to the poster specification) to the venue on the 4th of September.
Posters will be displayed in the exhibition areas for the duration of the full conference.
You will be required to be present at your poster during poster viewing times to engage with those who are viewing and judging your posters.
Please prepare a 1-minute oral overview that you can present while standing at your poster when requested by viewers.
Posters can be removed on Friday, not before, as the posters will be judged throughout.
