The official language of the conference is English, and there is no simultaneous interpretation available. As a result, it is assumed that authors will be able to present their research fluently in English.

The event coordinators are not able to take responsibility for any personal accidents, losses, or damage to personal belongings that may occur as a result of attending the conference. Hence, it is recommended that participants secure suitable insurance coverage.
