It was in January of 2022 that my educational journey at UWC began.

During my first year, classes were completely online, so I had not been on campus at all. While I had no idea where my classes were or how campus looked, I really enjoyed online classes. Due to my strong belief that educational institutions need to become more dynamic and adapt to technological changes, I decided to major in Information Systems. It was a great year for me, as I passed my first year with full distinctions. A few weeks ago, I was notified that I also made the Dean's Honour List due to my achievements.

In 2023, it was announced students would have to return to campus to attend classes face-to-face. As a second year student who has never been on campus before, this made me extremely nervous. Attending classes on campus became easier after the first month. However, it is still challenging compared to attending classes online. Classes are more fast-paced, and since everything is not recorded, you have to pay more attention in class. 

Although it has been challenging, I have found the lecturers to be extremely helpful, and I look forward to the rest of my journey until I graduate.
