Once an order is fulfilled, delivery is handled by USPS. Please follow the below details for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Damaged or Missing Contents: customers should file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
Lost Articles: customers must file a claim within the 7 - 60 days from date of mailing.
You're eligible for liability coverage up to $100. You must submit a claim online through USPS.
(1) The Tracking Number
(2) Printout of the online transaction identifying the purchaser and seller, price paid, date of transaction, description of item purchased, and assurance that the transaction status is completed
(3) Evidence of Insurance Purchased - all of our shipments are sent Priority Mail. You may submit the original mailing receipt issued at the time of mailing (Your Shipping Confirmation Email)
