Return/Exchange/Shipping FAQ
To confirm whether your item is returnable/exchange, check your receipt and that your items are:
Unworn, unwashed, unused, and with the tags attached,
Purchase was within 30 days,
Not a final sale item. (Find the product on our online store here)
Not embroidered with your name. (Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, all tops with name embroidery sales are final. This does not include logos)
Do note: the original shipping is nonrefundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping.
