Graduation Requirements

Florida Department of Education (FDOE) requires all high school students to meet academic requirements to earn a standard diploma from public schools. This means students must pass the required courses, earn the minimum number of course credits, earn a minimum grade point average (GPA), and participate in and pass the required statewide assessments.

Students must take and pass the Grade 10 ELA Reading and Writing Tests as well as the Algebra 1 EOC with a score of 3 or above. The highest score is 5.

These assessments are administered during the spring semester of each school year.
