Athletic Clearance

Athletic Clearance is required before tryouts

All athletes and prospective athletes must be cleared prior to the start of practice. There are no exceptions!

STEPS TO GET CLEARED

1. Go to AthleticClearance.com

2. Register/Create an account

3. Enter the code given to activate account

4. Follow steps to input registration data

5. Print off sports screening paperwork if needed

6. Visit a physician to complete the sports screening (your PCP or any clinic is fine)

7. Upload sports screening paperwork signed and stamped by a physician

8. Finalize with electronic parent / student signatures
