September Admission

The application process takes approximately two to four weeks from the time your forms are submitted.  Please note that the Development Office is closed during the first two weeks of July.  It is highly recommended that you submit your completed application forms by June 1st if you are seeking fall enrolment (September).

Note: As per Regina School Division requirements, Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by December 31st to be eligible for enrolment in September.

Mid-Year Admission Policy

As a small school, mid year enrolments can't always be accommodated.  The ability to accommodate depends on where the student is transferring from, their grade level, academic needs and the time of year they are seeking admission.

Kindergarten – Grade 9

• Students from out of country, province or Regina School Division in grades K-9 can be enrolled at any time of the year.

• Students from within Regina School Division can be enrolled before November 1st in term 1 and before March 1st in term 2. Outside of these windows admission approval by admin is required.

Grade 10 – Grade 12

• Mid-semester enrolments for grade 10 may be accomodated prior to October 1st for semester 1 or March 1st for semester 2. All mid-semester enrolments need to be approved by High School admin.

• Students in grades 11 or 12 (at any time of year) need to be approved by high school admin.
