EL Leads

An EL Lead plays a vital role in supporting their school area by serving as the main communicator between the Multilingual Student Services Department and their area sites. They help ensure that principals and teachers are informed and current on policies, procedures, and resources connected to students, who are enrolled as English Learners. EL Leads act as messengers who carry important information forward, clarify expectations, and support the consistent understanding and implementation of practices that address the needs of English Learners.
