Elderbank: A mobile application that enables banking for the silver generation
As an elderly who has a mobile phone and an ATM card but has problems remembering my pin number, currently,
I have to remember to bring my ATM card and memorise my pin in order to perform basic transactions (cash withdrawal and deposit, and account balance checking) but I feel uncomfortable with the process.
How can we make these ATM transactions elderly-friendly such that they are carried out with more confidence and familiarity by the elderly and do not rely on memory?
