Over quarantine, I've started experimenting more with photography. For my birthday, I got a Nikon camera and at first I just started by taking pictures of my friends whenever we met up. Once I realize that the photos I took weren't actually too bad, I started looking for more opportunities to take photos. In doing this, I've found that it helps me get into nature more, and it also helps me venture outside of my comfort zone by taking photos of new things I wouldn't have thought of before. It's helped me become more confident in my skills as an artist and it's also a really fun and different way of expressing myself that I've never really had before.
