Hello everyone, my name is Hugo Aquino and I am excited to be a part of the Lynwood Unified School District team. I am a student service specialist that will be working in the substance abuse prevention program. A few things about myself, I grew up in East Los Angeles and received my Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Business Management at the University of Cal State LA. I have 8 years working within the education field and I am excited to continue my journey servicing students. During my free time I enjoy working out at the gym and reading personal development books. With that said, I can’t wait to work with you all so that we can make a difference together.

I grew up in East Los Angeles. I have been working in social services for the last eleven years. About four years ago I left Los Angeles to continue the work I do, explore new opportunities, and learn about other environments. I came back home to continue to work in social services at Lynwood Unified School District. I'm in the process of continuing my education.
