In addition to Specials, there is a lot we do in 5th Grade!
Fifth grade partners with second grade to be the "big buddy" to our second grade friends!
Students participate in BizTown, a year-long personal finance, economic, business and community program through Junior Achievement. After completing the lessons, students go through an interview process and then work collaborating as a business to prepare and attend our Biztown field trip. It is a highlight of the year!
Fifth graders participate and graduate from the DARE program with Deputy Kim Unger.
The ACE program (Arts in in Community Engagement) allows us to partner with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra for concerts that come to us and a field trip in April.
