Tomahawk eSports wrapped up their season last week with an impressive 5-3 record. It's impressive because just about all 6 players were beginners and learned the game on the fly. Their communication and strategy paid off along with their perseverance. The last 3 matches went into overtime, which earlier in the season wouldn't have happened. "I'm just so proud of them and can't see what the future holds for this young team!"

Our team is up and running thanks to the initial $5000 grant we received from WiLS. We also received a $3000 grant from the STAR Foundation and a $7500 grant from the TAFFY Foundation to purchase 7 more computers. We sold Seroogy's Candy Bars so that we can purchase our memberships and games. We are gaming and are signed up to compete in the Wisconsin High School Esports Association this spring playing Rocket League and Smite. We have 12 active participants who are coached by Mrs. Norman and Mr. Wickman.
