"I first heard of the PAL Program when it was circulated through email. I already had amassed a great deal of doubts and questions regarding the university and the courses I enrolled for so, naturally, I was interested in learning more about this program. I reached out to my supervisor and she arranged a physical meeting with one of the tutors. I had made a specific request that it be a female tutor and they met my demand. We sat and discussed the subject I had the most problems with and she came up with a mini study plan for me. We are waiting to start our tutoring sessions together. I was also able to ask all my doubts regarding the university, such as where the library was, how to access different e-books, how to join clubs and so on. The PAL Program has been so helpful for me"
