Schroeder Instructional Rounds

This year, Schroeder teachers will continue to participate in monthly Instructional Rounds. One Wonderment Wednesday each month, teachers will commit 30 minutes of their team/prep time  to observe other classrooms. We will meet in the Raider Room at the beginning for information and the last 10 minutes of the period to debrief. On those Wednesdays, teachers should inform their students at the beginning of class that teachers may be visiting during class. The goal is to learn from one another.

Purpose- To aid instructional growth of teachers by comparing their own instructional practices with those of the teachers observed. To provide regular opportunities for job-embedded professional development.
