We knew that we had ACT Aspire information and that we could do a better job of sharing that information with students. We created an ACT Aspire team at the end of the 2017-18 school comprised of a member of the Math department (Annette Kohlmeier), English Department (Nicole Roseno), and Science Department (Kylie Laudal) to meet that goal. In the end, we came up with a plan
1) Each student was emailed their Interim I and III results from 2017-18 and Interim I results from 2018-19.
2) Students received a hard copy of their Interim III results
3) Mrs. Kohlmeier, Mrs. Roseno, and Mrs. Laudal recorded data sharing tutorials
4) Teachers were asked to email Mr. Dahl when they have shared the data with their students.
We will be creating a hyperdocument for all PLC's at Central next year to more easily access the progress of each group. The idea is that this will be easier to manage, access, and view than the previously used folder system we used this year. All groups, and the pertinent documents and information related to their professional collaboration, will be contained on one document - much like the one used for Leading Indicator 1.4 show above.
