What should I do in my audition? Our auditions are workshop style this year, so we will be teaching you a combination, a short song, or a monologue, you'll get some practice time, and then you will perform what you learned. No need to prepare anything in advance, just come ready to give it your all!
Where do I go? There will be signs in our main hallway pointing the way to the dance room which is Room 23
When should I arrive? It's best to arrive 10 min early. Dance auditions start at 3:30pm and Voice/Theater auditions start at 4:30pm. If you are auditioning for LVP, please plan to stay for the whole audition workshop 3:30pm-6:30pm.
What will happen once I get there? Check in with the student volunteers when you arrive. They will ask if you have filled out this form. They will also assign you a number. Take a picture of that number - you'll need it for your results!
When will I know if I made it? We hope to post lists for all the level 2 and level 3 classes here on this website by April 30th. Keep your number - you will need it to access your results! Remember, there is a place for everyone in our Performing Arts Department. Your audition will determine your placement.
**Note - class offerings are determined by final student numbers along with a variety of other factors and are subject to change.**
