Send me a Dojo Message!

Class Dojo Messages allow for translations and also give you the ability to send me a private message  too! If you send me a message after hours then I will be notified in the morning before school. If you haven't heard back from me then please send a reminder. 

Please know that you can email me anytime!

Emails will be answered during office hours M-F from 2:40-3:00. I will do my best to answer emails outside of office hours as quickly as possible. If I do not respond within 24 hours please send me a friendly reminder. There are often SEVERAL emails and questions during the first month of school and I want to be sure that I answer all of your questions.

Tech Support

Laptop trouble shooting can often be solved by rereading directions, making sure you're logged in, restarting the device, shutting down the device and turning it back on, asking a friend from class, and sending an email to Mrs. Hancock for clarification. If we determine TOGETHER that tech support is needed please fill out this Google Form for additional FSD services (click on the left). 

Often times one or more students is having the same error and the tech department is already working on resolving the issue. Please communicate with me any trouble you're having and screenshot (command+shift+4) any pop up windows or problems you have to help us "see" the problem.

I will often be on campus teaching from school. You can try to reach me during your child's "recess" times if I haven't gotten back to your email and it is an urgent matter.
