Mr. Lyon is the principal of Central Union High School. He understands that students face many mental health challenges and has given us great information about mental health resources at school. 

Ms. Rodriguez is the Assistant Principal of Central Union High School, and is in charge of Social Emotional Learning on our school campus. She helped connect us with resources throughout our community and supplied us with materials for our activities.

Spartan Sound Productions is run by our amazing sound and production teacher, Dr. Tacke, who also helped us make our podcasts. 

Ms. Gonzalez is our school-based mental health specialist at Central Union High School. She works for the Imperial County Office of Education. She has given us so much information to pass on to you including strategies that can help any student with their mental health.

Ms. Arredondo is the Calexico, CA, School-Based Mental Health Specialist. She works for the Student Well-Being & Family Resources Department in the Office of Education. She helped us develop our understanding of mental health and provided  tips for sharing posts with our peers.
