FACULTY INQUIRY PROJECT: SPANISH FOOD, WINE & CULTURE

"Faculty Inquiry Projects, or FIPs, are “faculty communities” focused on meaningful questions around big ideas". Building on our International Pilar, my colleague Sonsoles de Lacalle and myself facilitated a cultural virtual trip to five Spanish regions in Spring 2021 to help our participants understand the essence of Spain through its diverse cuisine and wines.
