ABSTRACT
Relevant to experienced and novice case authors, this session discusses collaboration in the case research, writing, and publication process and highlights the benefits and challenges authors may face through this process.
Participants will engage in a self-reflection exercise and discover the optimal conditions for case author collaboration using tools and a framework the session leaders developed. Through an interactive activity, session attendees can apply these strategies to evaluate dynamics with coauthors to help create the most productive writing environment.
Participants will leave the session with a better understanding of their strengths as case writers and a toolkit to engage in future Intentional Collaborations.
