This is the second project in Digital Arts, and in this project they will be using the Canva platform. The Canva platform is a free to use platform that allows the user to create a multitude of projects for various purposes. At the time of the project, it was Hispanic Heritage Month. Therefore, as a way to celebrate the different cultures and people at Nixon, students created a graphic design that celebrated this month.

Some students were not familiar, or had much experience using Canva, so students were given a demonstration to help them get started on their project. Afterwards, students were given creative freedom on how they want to create their graphic design. This design had to give the message of celebrating Hispanic Culture, and some students chose certain aspects of the culture or implemented their own Hispanic Culture into the graphic design.
