Class Structure
The class was structured so each project shows one aspect of digital art, while also becoming more demanding as the class progresses through the tri-semester.
The first project involes creating a digital drawing. This was done so students start on a common level that requires basic skills.
The second project involves the students entering the world of graphic design. This project requires the students using a more sophisticated program that can be used for school or artistic purposes.
The third project introduces animation, basic video game structure, and block coding to the students. This project is the most demanding as some students have not been introduced to any sort of coding, and they have to use block coding to create an animated clip.
