About the Commission
ELECOM is a contraction of the words “Electoral Commission”. It shall make the rules and guidelines of the conduct of an election as to be stated in the “XU-SHSG Election Code” and shall administer its implementation to cater fair, clean and safe elections for the running parties, the candidates and the students.
Work Activities
Organizing, conducting and supervising various elections and referenda.
Compiling, maintaining, revising and updating about elections of XUSHS.
Reviewing all electoral laws in order to come up with appropriate recommendations on amendments.
