About the Judicial Department

The Judicial powers of the Senior High School Government shall be vested in one Constitutional Court. Judicial power indicates as well the duty of the court to settle actual controversies involving student rights which are demandable and enforceable, and to determine whether or not there has been a grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction on the part of any branch of this Student Government as mandated by the Constitution.
