Spearhead in the planning and preparation of all XUSHS events.
Consider the target audience, venues, theme and concept, and all other factors that is pivotal to the success of the event.
Divide into different sections that will monitor specific tasks in order to ensure quality production. This includes design, audio-visual design, logistics, and etc.
About the Department
The Department of Events Management closely monitors the organization and management of the overall production of the XUSHS events.
To ensure quality production of events, the Department of Events Management is divided into four (4) different committees namely the Programs, Creatives, Logistics, and Finance committee.
The Program committee which is headed by Ms. Danielle llana oversees the overall program flow and scheduling of the events.
The Creatives committee which is headed by Ms. Jaramagne Dela Cruz is in charge of the audio-visual design for the events.
The Logistics committee which is headed by Ms. Noelly Esmedalla is responsible for communicating and collaborating with key people for the events.
The Finance committee which is headed by Ms. Leah Sandoval manages finance related works such as preparing budget proposals, liquidation reports, and etc.

This is from the Department of Events Management. We would like to give you a task for the Teachers Appreciation Day. We would like to ask for your cooperation in disseminating this information from the Department of Events Management to your respective class, more specifically to your Class Presidents.
This task is called: Class Presidents holding signages with the traits of our teachers.
• In a short video, class presidents will be holding signages or placards with a specific trait or a one-word of “how would you describe your teachers?”
Deadliest deadline will be on OCTOBER 11.
