Furthermore, introducing VRU's curriculum and lesson plans to the interns is essential. Sharing this valuable information will empower them to familiarize themselves with the teaching environment and allow for better preparation and integration, ensuring a more productive and enriching experience during their exchange program at VRU.

My experience at VRU has been incredibly enriching. I've gained valuable insights from dedicated teachers and supportive administrators. Through classroom observations, I developed my own classroom management and teaching strategies tailored to different learners. This journey allowed me to interact with a wide range of students and build lasting friendships. I'm deeply grateful to my mentors and the VRU demonstration school teachers for the knowledge and skills I've acquired, preparing me for my field study and teaching internship. The warm welcome from VRU's Faculty of Education, the Ayutthaya Province tours, and the guidance of our student buddies, Fern, Aot, and May, made this experience even more memorable. I extend my heartfelt thanks to SEAMEO for providing this wonderful exchange opportunity that has left a lasting impact on my personal and professional growth.

A Life-Changing Journey: Reflections on My Time at VRU
During my time at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Demonstration School, I've had an incredible journey that I can confidently say was worth every sacrifice. I've had the privilege of meeting wonderful people, forming lasting friendships, and learning from exceptional mentors and cooperating teachers. Teaching has brought me immense joy, and I'll forever cherish my first group of students.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Adam, Sir Bell, Ms. Per, Ms. Nun, Sir Pluem, and all the English teachers at the demonstration school. Their patience, generosity, and shared teaching experiences have left an indelible mark on me. I also extend my appreciation to the Filipino teachers, including Sir June, Sir Brian, Sir Win, and others, for their guidance. To Sir Tung, I wish I could have been your student, as I've learned so much from you. To Ms. Patt and the faculty of education, thank you for ensuring we felt at home at VRU.
To my Thai students in G.8 and G.10, your cooperation and the wonderful learning experiences we shared mean a lot. Lastly, to VRU and SEAMEO, thank you for making my dream of teaching abroad a reality. Although this experience lasted just 29 days, its impact will remain with me for a lifetime. As I face an uncertain future, I hope to see you all again soon.
