Summary of Activities
Tables consisted of 4-6 randomly selected participants and a facilitator. After an overview of district information as well as recent REACT survey data, each table completed a data review of existing circumstances and then a solutions brainstorming session for 1 of the 5 topics.

The 5 topics were:

1. Student/Staff Safety and Wellbeing (assigned to 2 tables)

2. Programming (assigned to 4 tables)

3. Facilities (assigned to 3 tables)

4. Transportation (assigned by 2 tables)

5. Purpose and Design (assigned to 2 tables)

Tables then completed a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) exercise for their topic and then described their vision of an ideal 3-5 year future for the district. Finally, each table compiled their responses onto a poster.
