This semester has been a success so far for team 2. We each are focused on getting our tasks completed and done in a professional manner. Team 2 focuses on applying organizational behavior theories into each meeting and each task given. We have learned from each other and continue to improve week by week in our assignments. Here is our reflection of the semester so far:
After discussion with one another, there are many things that we are doing well. We are great at applying organizational behavior concepts into our challenges and team meetings. This has helped us understand each concept further and has been a great benefit for each of us. We are great at delegating tasks and making sure those tasks are completed in a timely manner. Doing this helps us stay on track with our assignments and will help us in the professional world. Lastly, we all are great about answering each other’s questions or concerns in our team group chat. It is vital that everyone is involved and understands their assignments, so it’s beneficial that everyone in team 2 is willing to help each other.
Overall, we are doing great as a team, but there's always room for improvement. Here is what we believe needs to improve:
100% attendance in team meetings
Meeting deadlines for our tasks so our Website Design & Development Team can upload the assignment earlier.
Improving these two things will help us finish the semester strong and in our professional endeavors after college. It will take each team member to hold each other accountable to ensure we can improve on these things.
Goals are the foundation of improving at anything. We have come up with a few team goals that we would like to accomplish to improve the functionality of our team. Here are our goals for the remainder of the semester:

In order to effectively carry out our plan of action, it will take sacrifice from each team member. We know that by sacrificing and being willing to help team members, our team will unlock a new level of success.
Working in teams and groups can be scary, especially in an online environment. Learning these theories each week has contributed to our success as a team. Understanding that everyone has different perceptions, personalities, and values has helped us work together. For any team to succeed, it’s critical to understand that everyone is different. Being different is a good thing because it allows an individual or a group to learn new things from one another, which allows a broader perspective of different things. Teamwork is vital for an organization to achieve its mission and goals.
