Find 3 -4 other SHU friends who want to take part in this group challenge (only one of you needs to be from the College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences)
Come up with a group name
Pick one of our four local charities to be the beneficiary
Complete the registration form
Sign up to Strava / ensure you have a smart watch/device that can log your miles
Walk or run , logging the distance covered over 30 days
Raise awareness of your challenge and your charity over those 30 days
For every km travelled, a corporate sponsor will donate to your designated charity from the list below. The more you run and post it on social media, the more you could raise for your charity!
(Please note corporate sponsors have identified a maximum donation which will be discussed with you at the start of the challenge)
