Identify an activity that you would like to try for 30 days, for example hoola-hooping, meditation, yoga, drawing, or doing a certain number of pressups/situps/lunges each day.
Choose your charity and their respective donation request (see below).
Promote what you are doing via social media
Collect donations specific to your chosen charity
Bring them to the Big Challenge drop-off point* the week of the 19th April (we will inform you nearer the location of the drop-off point)
*If you are not based local to SHU then email either Sree or Chae who will advise you on where you can drop-off your collected donations.
Please collect toiletry items
e.g. shampoo, shower gel, sanitary items, soap, deodorant, toothpaste
Please collect shelf-stable food items
e.g. cereal, beans, fruit juice, UHT milk, tinned fruit
Please collect clothing
e.g. leisure/activity-wear, jumpers, jackets, smart clothes, bedding, footwear
