Clicking the above link will take you to the Apprenticeship Commitment Statement.
It outlines the responsibilities for the university, the employer and the apprentice which must be adhered to throughout the length of the apprenticeship. We will review the adherence to these at each three-way review.
Clicking the above link will take you to an example three-way review template to be filled in at each meeting.
Three way reviews will be held every three months and provide the opportunity to bring the apprentice, work based mentor or employer, and the university academic adviser together to discuss the apprentices progress to date. During this three way review process we will consider:
The academic, off-the-job and portfolio progress of the apprentice to date
Academic and work Attendance
The ability to balance work and study
Any positive impacts noted in the workplace
Any concerns between all parties
