Scenario 1 - BLS Bob

S - Bob is a 69 year old male admitted to EAU with chest pain and sob.

B- Previous STEMI (2018) and hypertension.

A - NEWS score has been increasing, now appears unresponsive

R - Please review him NOW!

Scenario 2 - Choking Caroline

S - Caroline is a 45 year old lady, admitted with SOB? Exacerbation of asthma.

B- Asthma and eczema

A - Appears distressed whilst eating lunch, ineffective cough and appears to be choking.

R- Please review her NOW!

Scenario 1 - BLS Bella/Ben

S - Bella is a 3 month old baby with SOB. Ben is 5 year old child with fever/ non blanching rash/lethargy.

B - Bella has had recent URTI.Ben has been diagnosed withmeningitis

A -Bella has PEWS score increasing now unresponsive.Ben has PEWS score increasuing now unresponsive

R - Please review he/him NOW!

S - Carla is a 6 month old baby, admitted with SOB? Christian is a 5 year old boy admitted with ? exacerbation of asthma.

B- Carla has recently started weaning.Christian has Asthma and eczema

A -Carla and Chrisitian Appears distressed whilst eating lunch, ineffective cough and appears to be choking.

R- Please review her/him NOW!
