Mission:
The Student Chapter of ACFAS at Scholl aims to promote hands-on experiences as well as supplemental courses in surgery to better help prepare members for their future surgical endeavors. Our goals include engaging and encouraging members to participate in various activities, such as workshops and journal clubs to help improve their skills and understanding of the podiatric surgical profession. Other objectives include promoting clinical and experimental research that ultimately helps to improve the overall podiatric field. The Scholl Student Chapter of ACFAS strives to provide opportunities for all members to further their education and keep up to date on the current surgical techniques/practices, while continuing to prepare for their future as a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon.
