Elira Pendora

Elira is known to be relatively calm and composed with a slightly cheeky sense of humor. Though she is very supportive of her fellow Livers and often says something nice to say about them. Elira is still mischievous and enjoys teasing her viewers and turning their jokes back on them.

Elira is a dragon tamer, such as Pikl, the dragon on her shoulder. She compares her taming skills to human parents with their children on leash in a shopping mall. Her left eye that's hidden under her bangs has a diamond-shaped pupil. Elira came from the sun and traveled the Earth over some unspecified time. She is the half-sister of Selen Tatsuki, both canonically and because they both have the same artists that designed them.
