Debuted on May 16, 2021, LazuLight is the first wave of VTubers to be released by NJISANJI. Their name was formed from the combination of the gemstone lazulite, and light. The gemstone was chosen because of the color scheme of the original outfits as well as the "preciousness" of the members.
