Sweet/ I Thougt you wanted to dance

My favorite song of all time happens to come from this album. Sweet/ I Thought You Wanted To Dance is a masterpiece that is not talked about enough. The song is nearly 10 minutes long, but every second of it is pure bliss.  There are two parts to this song, Tyler falling in love and daydreaming about his unrequited love, followed by the second part which deals with heartbreak and regret. The First part is classified as synth-pop and R&B, with the second part breaking down into a reggae/dancehall style.  I think that this song is Tyler's' Magnum Opus, and I truly mean it. The song, I don't know why, just feels so perfect. There are times where the song has seemingly millions of things going on at once until suddenly nothing and the song almost resets into simplicity which slowly devolves back into chaos. The background to this song truly showcases Tyler's genius producing. You could listen to this song a thousand times and hear something new each time.
