The Team Comes Together 

As Smalls learns to play baseball, he becomes close with the rest of the sandlot crew: Ham, Squints, Yeah-Yeah, and the others. Each day is an adventure filled with laughter, pick-up games, and wild antics. One of the highlights of the summer is when they face off against a polished Little League team and win, showing their heart and grit. The sandlot becomes more than a place to play—it becomes the center of their world.
