16 Personality Test Result
After completing my 16 personality test, my results showed that I possess the Advocate INFJ personality (Introvert, Intuitive, Feeling and Judging). As a student enrolled at Costaatt, possessing this type of personality means with regards to creating, I will be intrigued to showcase my creative skills. As an Advocate learner, once in a group I will most times, if not always ensure that my teammates are on the same common ground of understanding the principles or simply the content of an assignment. As an advocate, I possess a judging tendency to plan out my daily activities so that I will have clarity and structure within. With reference to judging, I will have my activities and projects planned out at least two weeks in advance to ensure that they are completed well before the due date.
Artefact #2
Emotional Intelligent Test Result
On completion of my emotional intelligence test, my score was 53 which mean that my emotional intelligence level is okay but there is room for improvement. My emotional intelligent score basically states that I am able to collaborate well with my teams to achieving our common goal in an assignment for example. Since I possess the ability to understand and respond well to how individuals are feeling, I will be able to be optimistic in pursuing a project even when there are setbacks in my teammate’s personal life. As a student, my social skill is the area I’ll need to place my focus on improving. Once this area is worked on I will be able to build bonds, lead and influence.

VARK Questionnaire Result
My VARK Questionnaire results states that my learning preference is multi-modal, this means that as a student my learning style consists of visual, auditory, read/ write and kinesthetic. Most of my courses are already have given using multimodal teaching style.
