Traffic Infringements

You are liable to pay all traffic infringment fines, including speeding fines, red light fines, and parking tickets (unless the customer agrees to take responsibility for parking fines)

Park in the closest legal parking space to complete the job. If the customer requests that you park closer, in a spot which could draw an infringement notice, they need to be informed that they will have to take responsibility for any fines received

If the customer elects to take responsibility for any fines, please call the office to have it added to the job notes, so there is a record in case a fine is mailed in at a later date

You must not park in a position you deem unsafe, regardless of whether the customer will take responsibility or not.

If this agreement hasn't been made with the customer, the Mover who was driving is responsible for the parking fine
