Summer PD 2024
Dear MVYPS Educators:
Anyone familiar with the life of an educator knows that learning and professional advancement does not stop over the brief summer "break" that educators get. Many educators explore new curriculum, read up on topics of interest, and may travel for authentic engagement in their instructional areas. While it is the hopes of MVYPS leaders that all staff take moments throughout these summer months to rest, reconnect with family and friends, and to explore personal interests, we also know that this break provides valuable time for which some educators might choose to engage in professional development. Plesae find below a running list of PD opportunities that either MVYPS is sponsoring or that its partners are sponsoring. You may use the contact links in the descriptions to either register or inquire about the specific opportunities being offered.
If you become aware of an opportunity that you would like to share with your colleagues, please email Kim Garrison to have your PD added to this page.
Enjoy your summer moments!
See you in the fall.
