Did you receive a Remind message over the summer?

Every July, our nurses send out an automated reminder to families who have not submitted all of the required materials to start school next year.

Please take this opportunity to contact your doctor, make appointments,  request paperwork, and refill prescriptions.

Our nurses return in late August after summer vacation.  Please deliver your child's materials at least one week before school starts.
