Fix Lag in Chrome on PC

A corrupt profile in the Chrome browser may cause webpages to load slowly when first opening Google Chrome on a desktop PC.

After this initial lag (often of several minutes), the browser functions correctly. However, the same lag occurs each time Chrome is closed and then re-opened.
