Define: We were tasked with making a pneumatic circuit, first a digital simulation then a physical model. This pneumatic circuit was designed to put a cap on a base. We had to connect several circuits together in order to make this successfully.

Initial Concepts/CAD: First for our combined circuit we copy pasted all our previous circuits into a FluidSim file. This was the initial design:

Testing and Iteration: When we tested it out we noticed that the arm that is supposed to push the cap onto the base before it goes on the conveyor belt was in the wrong position. Instead of being retracted and then the simulation pushing it forward, it was forward to begin with. To fix this, we had to make a reset circuit and add that to the combined file. Final Product/Implementation:

After building out a successful circuit I was elligible to take the test. I took that FESTO Manufacturing Test and passed with a 96%! My certificate is linked below:
