GA Driver License requirements:  

Proof of School Enrollment: Get your form from Hardaway's attendance office.

ADAP Certificate: 

• If you did took the ADAP course through your health class at Hardaway High School there will be a certificate on file. Check with the Counseling Office to see if you have an ADAP certificate on file.

• If you took the ADAP course in a health class at another school, you need to get your certificate at that school.
