Steps to Dual Enroll for the 2026-2027 school year:

1) Determine whether you meet Hardaway Dual Enrollment program eligibility.

2) Schedule your required Student/Parent Dual enrollment appointment with Heather Osborn, Hardaway Dual Enrollment Coordinator, before May 1, 2026 deadline.  Book your appointment at bit.ly/OsbornAPPT.  

3) Determine if the college is asking for a score from the SAT, ACT, or Accuplacer.  Submitting a score can assist the college in proper course placement.

4) Apply to the college.  

5) Go to www.gafutures.org and complete the Student and Parent Dual Enrollment online permission form.

6) Go to www.gafutures.org to request your official transcript be sent to the college you applied to.

Once you are accepted into the college:

• Set up your meeting with the college advisor to give them your Dual Enrollment permission form filled out by you, your parent, and Mrs. Osborn.  You will schedule your class(es) at this meeting.

• Email your college schedule to Heather Osborn, Dual Enrollment Coordinator, osborn.heather@muscogee.k12.ga.us. You are not officially considered in dual enrollment classes until you send your college schedule to Mrs. Osborn.  Once your schedule is received by Mrs. Osborn she will add the courses to your Hardaway schedule and process funding.

• Check your student college portal/email regularly before starting class for any important information the college may send out prior to classes starting.
